Pack a lawn chair and join us out at Robbins Island in Willmar for this FREE summer concert series. Proceeds go to support the ongoing revitalization of Robbins Island Regional Park.

You’ll find a wide variety of food vendors and food trucks out at Robbins Island, so come early and catch the opening act at 5pm!

A free shuttle runs from all our four Park & Ride locations every 15 minutes from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Parking on Robbins Island fills quickly, so we highly encourage you to take advantage of the free shuttle! Tuesday, July 16
5 PM – Spooncat! sponsored by Westberg Eischens PLLP
Spooncat! was formed in 1996 in Dell Rapids, South Dakota, the brainchild of brothers Jeremy, Jason, and Jonathon Hegg, and lifelong friend Christopher Smith. Widely acclaimed for their original horn-driven songs, the band has played throughout the Midwest, with performances stretching from Utah to Arkansas.

6:30 PM – Martin Zellar and the Hardways presented by Willmar Area Community Foundation
Martin Zellar first appeared on the fertile mid-80s Minneapolis music scene as the lead singer and songwriter of the alt-country pioneering Gear Daddies. In 2007, Zellar’s song “I Wanna Drive the Zamboni” was released as a single and remains a huge fan favorite. Now touring with his band, The Hardways, Zellar regularly sells out venues like Crooners in Minneapolis. Described by critics as “one of this country’s finest songwriters” Martin Zellar is a Minnesota music legend with songs that are “twangy ruminations on the battered egos and shattered dreams of blue-collar middle America.”

Tuesday, July 23 – Veteran’s Night
5 PM – The Muffin Man sponsored by Christianson PLLP
Currently celebrating their 20th anniversary with a world tour of Stearns County, Muffin Man plays a mix of modern country and classic rock. They are crowd favorites at places like Stoney’s, Manannah, and the Pearl Lake Lodge with guitar playing and vocals that are top notch. These guys bring the fun!

6:30 PM – Shirts and Skins presented by Knute Nelson
Shirts & Skins is one of the most dynamic touring bands in the upper Midwest. Comprised of seasoned veteran performers from some of the most popular bands throughout the Twin Cities and the Midwest, Shirts & Skins plays a diverse song list that hits all genres and musical tastes. This is a band that brings passion, excitement, and positive energy to audiences everywhere!

Tuesday, July 30
5 PM – The White Keys sponsored by Kandiyohi Power Cooperative
The White Keys have been rocking parties around the country since 2007. Featuring Sebastian Davin on vocals and piano, and Allen Maier on Drums, they both started as touring musicians in the critically acclaimed band Dropping Daylight. Playing cover songs from the 1960s through the 2000s, this talented and energetic duo brings a unique live experience to every occasion.

6:30 PM – Raised on Radio presented by Ingstad Lakeland Media LLC
RAISED ON RADIO is a central Minnesota party band hitting theaters and festivals all over the midwest. The band features multiple lead vocalists, background vocals, and stellar instrumentation. Formed by longtime music colleagues, this talented group of musicians will have you on your feet and hitting the dance floor. — “Definitely a must see. This group is crazy good!!”

Tuesday, August 6
5 PM – Sawyer’s Dream sponsored by Johnson Moody Schmidt Kleinhuizen & Johnson, Moody, Schmidt, Kleinhuizen & Zumwalt P.A.
Inspired by the vocal harmonies of bands such as the Mamas & the Papas, ABBA, and Fleetwood Mac, Minneapolis based Sawyer’s Dream is an all original 70s vibe band, uniquely cross-blending Americana, Pop, Rock and Soul. Featuring powerhouse male and female lead vocals and intricate four-part harmonies, their music is engaging, upbeat and earthy, offering the listener a modern take on classic pop-rock.

6:30 PM – Fabulous Armadillos presented by Mills Automotive Group
Since the very first Rockin’ Robbins back in 2016, the Fabulous Armadillos have been closing out the Rockin’ Robbins concert series to ever-expanding record crowds. This incredible 8-piece band has established a large and loyal following of “Dilloheads” throughout Minnnesota (and beyond) with their spot-on re-creations of songs from Country to Motown, Heavy Metal to Soft Rock. So COME OUT OF YOUR SHELL and see what everybody keeps talking about!
