Elkhorn Lake is located 2 miles south of Spicer.  The public access is located on the east shore off of a residential gravel road that ties into County Road 8.  Elkhorn Lake is a deep but small recreational lake with excellent water clarity of 20.75 feet.  The lake is know for good Largemouth Bass and Northern Pike fishing.
